Cancellation by Jawadi Gold and Diamonds
Jawadi Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:
- Product is no longer available or limited in stock
- Pricing or product information errors on the website
- Product does not pass quality control checks
- Incomplete or unverifiable customer details
- Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity detected
- Natural calamities or force majeure events
- Additional verification required from the customer
Ready-to-Ship Orders
Cancellation of ready-to-ship orders is subject to the following terms:
- Before dispatch:
- Cancellation permitted with no charges
- After dispatch:
- A 2% cancellation fee will be applicable
- Refund (after deduction) will be processed within 10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Cancellable Products
The following product categories are strictly non-cancellable once an order is placed:
- Gold coins and silver coins
- Silver coins and articles
- Gold bars and silver bars
- Solitaire jewellery
- Special category products and men's collections
Make-to-Order / Customized Jewellery
Cancellation of make-to-order or customized jewellery is handled as follows:
- Within 2 days of order placement (if production has not started):
- Full refund will be processed
- After production has started:
- Making charges, stone cost, and applicable taxes will be deducted
- Balance amount will be refunded within 7 business days
- Customer has the option to adjust the amount against another purchase
Failed Transactions
In the event of failed or declined transactions:
- Any amount debited will be automatically reversed within 72 hours by the payment gateway
- If the amount is not reversed, please contact us with your transaction reference
