- Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product

- Insurance certificate
- Product certificate
- Secure packaging is mandatory

Return Process
Our return process is designed to ensure security, transparency, and ease for our customers.
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp to initiate return
- A Return Packaging Kit will be provided
- Record a packing video and share it with us
- Pickup will be arranged within 7–10 working days
- If pickup is unavailable:
- Customer must self-ship the product
- Shipment must be insured
Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection upon receipt.
- If the product passes QC → refund will be processed
- If the product fails QC → product will be returned or applicable as per return policy
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after successful verification of the returned product.
- Refund will be initiated within 7 business days
- Amount will be credited to customer's bank account
- Bank details must be shared along with packing video
- No cash refunds are applicable
Shipping Charges
