Shipping Charges
We aim to make shipping as convenient as possible for our customers:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,00,000
- Delivery is managed through reliable logistics partners
- Shipping availability depends on serviceability to your location
Delivery Verification
To ensure secure delivery, identity verification is required at the time of receipt:
- Valid government-issued ID must be presented:
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter ID
- The courier partner will verify and record ID details at the time of delivery
Delivery Conditions
The following conditions apply to all deliveries:
- Deliveries will only be made to residential or workplace addresses
- Delivery to public places is not permitted
- A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made
- If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us
Order Tracking & Address Changes
Tracking and address update details:
- AWB number will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch
- Orders can be tracked through your account on our website
- Address changes can only be made before dispatch — contact us via email immediately after placing the order
Damaged Products
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Contact us via phone and email with details and photographic evidence
- Do not discard the packaging or product
- Investigation will be conducted before resolution
- Late reporting will not be entertained
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order:
- Inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery
- Report missing items within 24 hours of receipt
- Investigation will be completed within 3 working days
- Late claims will not be entertained
Non-Receipt of Order
If you have not received your order:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order ID and tracking number
- Resolution will be provided within 3 working days after investigation

- This shipping policy may be updated periodically without prior notice
- Delivery timelines are subject to courier partner terms and conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address details may result in non-delivery
