Make To Order (MTO) is a service offered by Jawadi Gold and Diamonds that allows customers to create jewellery tailored to their specific requirements. Pieces are crafted from scratch based on your chosen design, metal, and specifications.

Pricing & Discounts

Pricing for Make To Order products is subject to various factors:

• Discounts may vary based on the product category
• Final price may vary due to gold weight, diamond/stone weight, and design complexity
• Order is booked at the gold rate applicable at the time of order placement
• Any excess or short amount will be adjusted post-production before dispatch

Payment Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for Make To Order:

• Credit card
• Debit card
• Net banking
• Fund transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for MTO orders
• Full / advance payment is required at the time of order

Manufacturing & Delivery

Your Make To Order piece is crafted with care following order confirmation:

• Manufacturing begins after order confirmation
• Estimated production timeline will be shared at the time of order
• Customer will be notified when the product is ready
• Final payment adjustment (if any) will be communicated before dispatch

Design & Weight Variations

Minor variations are inherent to the handcrafted nature of custom jewellery:

• Weight may vary up to 20% or as advised by the design consultant
• Final product may differ slightly from product images shown online
• Minor design and finish variations are considered normal and acceptable

Returns & Exchanges

Make To Order products have a separate policy for returns and exchanges:

• Standard 3-day return policy is not applicable to MTO products
• Exchange is possible as per the Exchange Policy
• Buyback is available as per the Buyback Policy
• Standard refund policy is not applicable to MTO orders

Notifications & Updates

We keep you informed throughout the production process:

• Our customer support team will notify you when your order is ready
• Final price confirmation will be shared before dispatch
• If an additional amount is required, a payment link will be sent to you

Offers & Gift Vouchers

Promotional offers and gift vouchers may be applied to Make To Order products:

• Product-specific discounts are applicable where offered
• Gift vouchers can be used towards Make To Order purchases
